I'm Laura Banner-Barrett, the Senior Customer & Engagement Manager at Scoffs.

I always joke I’ve done every job here—because I pretty much have! I started as a Barista Maestro, moved up through Store Manager and Area Manager, switched gears into Brand Excellence, and now I’m in Customer Experience. It’s been a great journey, and it shows me how many paths there are to grow here. I’m excited to see where your journey takes you!

My Name is Daniel Wyles, and I work at Scoffs Group as the Payroll & Insights Manager

My most memorable moment since joining Scoffs Group must be being part of the team that completed a 280 miles cycle ride for the Costa Foundation Charity. The ride was over 4 days and 3 Countries, London – Amsterdam – Brussels. A truly unforgettable experience!
