The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) - 15hr per week contractAs a Barista Maestro, you’ll take centre stage — not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.Your key responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care</li><li>Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression</li><li>Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards</li><li>Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn&#39;t present</li><li>Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene</li><li>Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud</li><li>And of course, having fun while doing it all!</li></ul> What You’ll BringYou don’t need previous experience to succeed — just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
